When Can I Start Stage 3 Baby Foods?

she will be 8 months in 2 weeks and my friends and family are saying she can have it at 8 months. And others are telling me when she crawls. And she does crawl. what do you think? i dont want to start her to early if she is not ready.
It is recommended to wait until 1 yr for stage 3 foods. But if u feel u’re baby is ready then chk with the pediatrician. Dont start stage 3 foods until u’re pediatrician says its ok … remember the people on yahoo answers arent the experts.. u’re pediatrician is.
i always found it best to start my kids when i thought they was ready im sure stage 3 is the baby food with little lumps in (sorry youngest is now 3 years old) if ur unsure buy a tin and just try her at dinner time with a little if she likes it and seems ok with the lumps carry on but if she doesnt then wait a little longer
