What Base Foods Do You Use For Homemade Baby Foods?

what are some good foods combinations and about what percentage of each meal is what?
I find i tend to use a lot of sweet potato in the meals i prepare i.e 35% sweet potato, 25%chicken or turkey, 25% celery and carrots, 15%broth in which the meat and veggies boiled or water.
What else can i use as my main food?

  1. I use sweet potato and baked squash a lot. I also use some cereals from Bob’s Red Mills which produces high quality organic whole grain foods, I like steel cut oats and cream of rice.
