I live in Ohio, I’m a SAHM, and I’m very interested in making and selling homemade baby food. I have made baby food for both of my boys and I thoroughly enjoy it. I would like to know what I need to get started on selling my creations. Are there specific laws or licenses needed? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Question–: When should I start feeding my baby cereal?
My 41/2 month old son has been breast feed since birth. He has always been a great sleeper until the last week or two. He has started waking up every 3 to 4 hours wanting to eat. As you can imagine it is getting old and I am exhausted. My husband thinks we should feed him cereal. We started feeding my oldest son cereal at 4 months but he was a pretty big eater and was a big boy. My youngest isn’t quite that way. He is still in the 75 percentile for his weight and height but I don’t know if that even matters. Any suggestions.

infant nutrition–: Is it illegal to start a list of doctors who give bad advice?
I’m mainly thinking doctors who give bad advice on breastfeeding and infant nutrition? From my own experience, and talking with other moms, alot of doctors are using really outdated information.
Is there any other way to hold them accountable for the bad advice that they give?
Who are the “proper authorities” on this kind of sutff?

information that a basic education on breastfeeding would grant you.

my baby is going to be 4 months next month i know it says on the package 4months+ but it says when you feel your baby is ready for it..

Q&A–: What are good finger foods to start off with?
BESIDES things like Gerber puffs & all those other pre-sized baby snacks.

I mean REAL food. My baby is almost 7 months, he does well eating baby mum mum cookies. He can grab and feed himself those.

But like what type of cheese, what snacks, what fruits and veggies [raw].

Im not looking for “expert advice” who want us to follow guidelines.

I want “mommy advice” What are some good REAL foods you started offering as finger foods to your baby.

my son is 3 months old about 15lbs. when ever i eat he seems very interested and his this look on his face like hey why aren’t you giving me any? if i put it close to him he opens his mouth and moves his head forward… he seems like he wants to start solids but the internet says to wait another month..
i wonder when did you start giving your little one baby food?
i never actually let him eat my food i just want to see what he would do.
