I am breastfeeding my baby. My menses returned five weeks after birth and they have been regular ever since. How soon in your experience can one get pregnant again while breastfeeding (not exclusively) and with a regular period. Is ones fertility simply reduced simply because you’re breastfeeding regardless that your period is quite regular?

Q&A–: How soon is it safe to use a jogging stroller with my child (infant car seat adaptable)?
I would like to get a jogging stroller that allows me to attach an infant car seat to. But how soon can I take the baby out for a run? My main concern I guess is having the baby outside for that long.
Thanks, eh. I know the brands BOB and Baby Jogger have separate attachments you can buy that allow you to attach a car seat. There are some less expensive brands at Babies R Us that are also car seat compatable.
