When To Introduce New Baby Foods To My 4 1/2 Mth Old?
I started her on rice cereal @ 4 mths. She’s now up to 2 tbsp twice a day at breakfast & dinner time. When should I start introducing new foods, like the veggies & fruits?
What Age Can I Introduce Other Foods To My Baby?
Hi. My son is nearly 6 months old and he has been on solids since just before 4 months old. He eats all veggies and also them baby sachets of cheese sauce and gravy sauce. He seems to be getting bored of just the vegetables, im just wondering when i can add other foods into his diet, such as, dairy products, meats, rice and pasta. Will ikt be ok to add any of these yet?

Where Can I Find A Chart That Tells You What Age To Introduce Baby Foods At?
I want to make sure that I don’t introduce foods that my baby could be allergic to too early. What source do you use or do you know the list of ages and when to introduce foods? I’m going to be starting my little girl to foods in a couple of weeks when she turns 6 months old. Thanks in advance.

I want to add by saying there are no allergies so far, but some of the foods have pasta and tomatoes in them and just wondering if I can introduce those at the start. My baby has been on single ingredient baby foods. Thanks!
