toddler diet–: What is a good food diet for my toddler? She is one-years-old. Help, please?
Hi,
I’m a new father. My daughter is one-years-old. Presently, I only have Sunday visits with her, so I don’t have much insight on her daily food intake. I’ve tried to communicate with the mother, but she refuses to be civil with me. All I know is that my daughter is apparently “allergic” to daily products, so whole milk is out of the question. Thankfully, the mother was willing to give me at least that much information.
Last weekend, I gave my daughter blueberries, raspberries, sliced, low-fat turkey, apple juice, water, and rice milk.
Also, I only have her from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. I had to fight, in court, to even get this much time with her; long story for another post, haha.
Thankfully, after three months of this sunday only visits, I will get weekends with her!!!
Basically, I am curious as to what other foods could I incorporate into my daughter’s food diet.
Are there any REALLY informative websites I could read?
Also, real world advice is always welcomed!
Here are some websites I’ve found:
