Q&A–: Aren’t prunes just dried plums? So can I give my baby plums to relieve constipation?
I prefer to feed my baby homemade baby food, as I believe it is much healthier than the jars. However, he occasionally gets constipated and requires prunes. These are readily available in the baby food aisle, but I have never seen a prune in the produce department. I thought they were just dried plums. So can I puree some plums to get the same effect as the baby food prunes?

Question–: should I give my 14 month old toddler formula?
Just yesterday I took him off similac go and grow formula, and gave hime milk instead. My worry is that he barely eats food. Today he only ate half of a jelly sandwich, and a few crackers, plus he had about 15 oz. of regular milk, and some juice. Should I put hime back on the formula since he doesn’t eat well?

President Obama was trying to pass a bill to provide a little healthier food in schools for children.

Republicans are trying to shoot down the bill.

What on earth reason would they have to do that other than to just go against President Obama?

American citizens are having to suffer because republicans don’t want President Obama to do anything to better the country just so they can have a better chance at getting elected.

1. Healthier foods for kids will help them grow stronger

2. Healthier foods will help them lose weight

3. Healthier foods will help obese children not be teased

4. Healthier food will give the children more energy and strength to play sports

5. Healthier food will make them be able to learn better

Question–: Can i give my baby formula right after she had baby food?
My baby is 5 1/2 months and I started her with stage one baby food. She had one jar of carrots and when it was all gone she cried her lungs out for a while. So, I felt bad and gave her 2 ounces of formula. Is this bad?

Question–: Isnt it bad to prepare baby milk formula with cold tap water and give it to your baby cold?
I know somebody who dosent wash the bottle and just rinses it out with tap water then fills the bottle with tap water and adds formula and dosent even heat up the milk! The baby is only 2 months old and I think shes been doing this since birth. I try to mind my own business because she will get mad if I tell her what to do

Question–: When did you first give your baby pasta noodles?
My daughter is 7 months.. been on solids since 4 months. I have been giving her small pieces of food, pears, avocados, banana, etc. She does really well, so well in fact that she is refusing to let me feed her baby food with a spoon. My independent girl wants to do it herself. So I was thinking about trying some overcooked pasta noodles. When did you first offer these to your babies?
She does not have any teeth yet…. however, she does well with really mushy food. Would the teeth make that much of a difference.
But refuses the purees..
