so far i know he has rye, egg, cow milk, peanut allergies n even a couple of sensitivities. gets hives or rash from cobtact w mysterious things times, it just sucks. he needs different options and it would also help to connect with other parents w same situation. im the only one i know.

Q&A–: Where can I find innovative interactive dog toys for the smart hyperactive dog?
Our dog is an australian and half german? (got her from the shelter). She’s extremely hyperactive and does chew through the lesser toys. Loves the kongs, ropes, bones, and this super XL plush jack toy. We keep around 10 or so toys out and play with her several times a day, she’s goes nuts in a large space full of wild vegetation / hideaways, . but alas, not enough! She still tends to have those tear up the flower bed moments! eek and still loves to bark at the neighbors, who look down on part of our property, their voices perhaps become distracting. Toy suggestions please?

Would love to get her a maze she can crawl through or a tetherball stand for dogs? (does this exist), or other unique extremely interactive toys besides the basic ones at your local petsmart.

Question–: Is it hard to find yeast extract in the US? What do vegans there do to prevent B12 deficiency?
I recently answered a question on here by someone who was thinking of becoming vegan and advised them to ensure their B12 intake was adequate by eating yeast extract, and it then occurred ot me that if they lived in North America, this might be difficult to do. We use other methods to get B12 here in England as well, but i was wondering, what do you do over there if you haven’t got yeast extract? Is it just available in health food shops or do you just use other sources?

Q&A–: Where can i find healthy menu ideas and snack suggestions for my 11 mo old daughter.?
My daughter is no longer interested in baby foods and i still want to make sure she gets a well balanced diet. Gerber offers toddler and graduate meals, which she enjoys, but are adding up to be expensive. And since they are “Quick meals” im sure they aren’t that healthy. She handles solid foods really well, and she isn’t picky. I have yet to find something she will not eat.

All we do is play on his activity mat and read books. I feel like its getting repetive, Toys all seem to be 3 months and up, so anyone have any ideas, Im always so tried I cant think of any. Question–: i sew baby and toddler dresses. so far, i have been using quilting cotton but i find it to be a little too?
thick. i am looking for a lighter weight cotton but do not know what this might be called: poplin? lawn? calico? voile? does anyone know the best cotton for this purpose? i am looking for something lightweight but not sheer.

thanks, everyone! is cotton batiste very expensive? what about calico? i have noticed it is cheaper than quilting cotton. would this be OK for toddler’s dresses? i would like to pay no more than /yd. thanks for your help! sue
