Question–: How many newborn clothes do I need to get for a January baby in California?
Our baby girl is due January next year and my hubby and I are quite confused with what and how many clothes to get for the baby. There are so many varieties of the same thing (e.g. onesies come in long/short sleeve, cotton/fleece). Winter in northern CA is not really that cold, so I’m not sure if the “winter baby” suggestions on the web are applicable…thanks

Question–: used children/infant clothes online?
anyone know some place on line other than ebay to find used children/infant clothes? i have a search saved on ebay already but i’m trying to find outfits for my kids to wear to a couple of weddings this fall, would rather buy used since they will probably be wearing the outfits once or twice.
i also plan to hit yard sales and such when i can just would love to find an additional venue

Q&A–: Washing newborn baby clothes…?
I am beginning to wash my son’s clothes before he gets here and I am unsure of if I should wash the colors separate or wash them all together? I have mostly blue items but a few of the neutral colored items and white with blue. I am using baby all. I am also washing just his clothes together and no one elses included. I know this but sound like a stupid question but I just don’t want all the colors to bleed together. Thanks.
Thanks for everyone who answered the question that actually read it. I know you shouldn’t wash newborn clothes with my clothes, my husband, etc. thats why I said I wasn’t washing them together.
