Where Can I Find A Chart That Tells You What Age To Introduce Baby Foods At?

I want to make sure that I don’t introduce foods that my baby could be allergic to too early. What source do you use or do you know the list of ages and when to introduce foods? I’m going to be starting my little girl to foods in a couple of weeks when she turns 6 months old. Thanks in advance.
P.S. Anything from the American Pediatric Association would be helpful.
