Question–: What’s your choice of strollers for your twins or hom?
I’m having twin baby girls this spring. I’ve started looking at strollers, and I was wondering what type of stroller that you use for your twins or hom. I’m just looking for suggestions or opinions on the different models out there. Please no rude answers, thanks.

I didn’t like the side by side ones because it was hard to get around the aisles at some stores. I suggest anything in which you could put the car seats in. It’s easier to transfer from car to stroller with out all the unstrapping.

It depends on what we are doing . . . I have them all! Some of them are hand-me-downs / second hand strollers from Craigs List.

We have single strollers because you won’t be with two all the time . . . it is also nice to go for a walk with my mom or husband where we can each have a stroller.

We have a Graco Duo Glider tandem stroller – fits through entrances to stores, you can fit 2 infant car carriers in it etc . . . but super heavy and tough to get in and out of the car. We could barely fit it in the trunk of my old car and once you had it in . . . there was no room for anything else.

We have a side-by-side stroller called a Zooper Tango Double Stroller that is lighter and I find it much easier to handle, it fits through most doorways just fine .. . but it is a bit wider:

There are pros and cons to each . . . I prefer my side-by-side stroller to the tandem one. Especially as my twins get bigger. In the tandem, I now find that they kick the back of each others seat.

Question–: Double strollers, which one and how do they work?
All the pictures I see of double strollers have 2 seats. I assume they fold to hold an infant car seat too. In December I will have a 2 year old and a new born. Which stroller do you like/ use? Do the infant seats come with them? Do you have to use a special seat or any? I do already have a car seat from my oldest and would like to reuse it if possible. Please Help!

I have a Graco double stroller and yes, they held the infant seats. I would imagine though that you would need to get the same brand stroller as your car seat though. I have a Graco stroller and a Graco infant seat so they were compatable. Infant seats don’t usually come with the double strollers, I have only seen the single stroller with infant seat sold together. If you already have a infant seat that you want to reuse than just look for a double stroller that is the same brand. Good luck.
