Ingredients: 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 egg bagel 3 slices turkey breast 1 curly leaf lettuce 3 black olives 1 large radish 4 carrot slices Step 1. Place the bagel on a clean work surface. Trim a 1/2-inch piece from opposite sides. Cut the bagel in half horizontally. Step 2. Place the bottom slice of bagel on a serving plate. Spread some of the mayonnaise on the larger cut sides of bagel. Arrange the sliced turkey on the bottom slice. Place the lettuce on top of the turkey. Place the top part of bagel over the lettuce to make the sandwich. Step 3. Using the photo as a guide, cut the radish into four thin slices. Trim the slices into 3/4-inch circles. Attach the radish circles to the carrot circles with some of the mayonnaise. Arrange the carrot slices as the wheels on the side of the bagel sandwich using some of the mayonnaise to secure the slices. Step 4. Cut one of the olive slices in half crosswise for the eyes. Cut the remaining olives to make the eyebrows and mouth. Attach the cut olives on one short end of the sandwich with some of the remaining mayonnaise to make the face.
