He’s at least more original than the people who put up just a nativity scene, or just an elf. He should additionally have Mary holding a menorah, and a decorated tree in the barn.

If you find yourself unable to simply mind your own business, you could compete with him for tackiest Christmas decorations. How about baby Jesus in a space suit? or cowboy baby Jesus?
Get several baby Jesuses, rig them up with musical instruments and call them the Dueling Saviors.

You don’t state what your problem is with this display. Is it the nativity or Baby Jesus in an elf suit?
If you are a Christian the best thing you can do for your neighbor is pray for him. Being critical is not going to witness to him that he is being disrespectful to Christ.
It is his property and in America we still have, even though limited, freedom of speech.
