well you can dress her in what ever you want and if you get the right size headbands do work you can dress her in frilly dresses right now you usually cant put shoes on for a few months but frilly little socks would be cute im sure you will be fine and your daughter will be dressed well congrats on the baby girl:)

there is a far larger range of girls clothes than boys which is good news!! i found myself buying loads of jeans and cool band t shirts that cost me a fortune but i have only ever dress her in all in ones, as its so much easier. in response to your exact questions i find the shoes are all too big and that she just gets annoyed and grumpy if i put anything on her head!!

you can buy all sorts of girly things. The headbands are cute until they start to take them off. The frilly dresses can be bought as soon as ud like. Stay away from camo…looks tacky. The shoes are cute but rarely stay on. the little barrets that zip like a ziplock bag dont work too well, nor do the Velcro ones.

headbands work best if they are elastic bands. bigbows can look dumb. the frilly dresses are cutest when they are a little bigger like 9 months otherwise the ruffles can take over their little bodies. Also its easier to care for them, change them, and hold them when they aren’t full of frills and bows, special occasions are okay though. Feel the fabrics and make sure that they dont feel itchy. I have been given tons of frilly dresses that have that tutu or organza fabrics and they irritate my baby’s skin. Some of the shoes look dorky but some are cute either way none of my children ever liked shoes, even when walking they hated shoes that had enforced soles or sides, (moccasin and slippers are okay though). baby jewelry is irritating to me but i have friends who like bracelets for their newborns. It just catches on things and makes imprints in their skin where their arms are resting etc.
otherwise she is just like my boys but instead it’s important that you wipe front to back

For the first few months u may want to stick to just, cute onesies, some rompers etc. Frilly dresses and things like that are cute but will make baby feel uncomfortable for the first few weeks-months. U can buy some real pretty cotton dresses that will feel nice against babys skin and will look adorable. U can always find headbands that fit newborns as well. they are usually elastic so they stretch to fit babys head and are definitely a must have =o)
Stick to what u feel is right and comfy for your baby. Good Luck and congrats on your little girl!!!
*my fingers are crossed for a little girl to as i have 1 girl and 2 boys already*
