Well not being a parent thats one thing, But I do know the bigger the wheel, the more you travel with it, if you are looking for a Jogging Stroller I would go with a bigger wheel, I mean if you want that stride and stuff and not gonna worry about tipping the thing, you want to be able to Jog with it, Hence the name, I would ask around go on the net, see what everyone has

Bigger wheels make for a more comfortable ride for the infant; less vibration on the wrists of the person pushing; and less wear on the tyres. You need to consider what the streets are like in your neighbourhood. If the surfaces are rough or if you have a gravel drive, go for larger wheels.

Larger wheels help go over tricky terrain and keep the stroller from tipping. I have a Chariot Cougar 1 stroller/jogging stroller/bike trailer … it is the BEST stroller I have used. And I have bought a lot of strollers and took them all back, except this one.
