Question: how do i get my parents there green card or residency?
my mom cam to america when she was 15, went to HS and dropped out after finding out about me in her belly. im 17 now and my mom is 34 and has never left the country.i have siblings that are also usa born. i want to know if she can get her green cared or residency. and if i have to get it for her before or after i tern 18.

if she is 34yrs old and still has no idea about green card qualifications ,then you need to take her immediately down to your local i.c.e.department they have a kiosk with pamphlets explaining all the rules and forms that need to be prepared. fill them out there and hand them over to the administer he or she areusually at the rear of the office and are bilingual. explain its an emergency . they will process her paper work much faster this way good luck

A U.S. citizen who is 21 years old can petition for a parent using form I-130. If your mother entered the U.S. without inspection or can not prove that she entered the country legally, she would have to apply for an immigrant visa in her home country if the I-130 is approved.
If you are only 17 now, you will have to wait another 4 years before you can petition for her.
