Q&A–: What do you guys think about doggy strollers?
I seen a lady pushing her mutt in one of these strollers and I couldnt help but laugh in her face. I wasnt trying to be rude but I have never seen one before.

I think they are so silly, I saw a picture of Tori Spelling with one, so that must mean they are dumb! I have no clue why people would get one, maybe their dog is old or can’t walk? Still weird.

i think those are for not playful dogs or couch potatoes i prefer not to do it because your dog needs to be playful and be in ship shape and he will eventually get used to it and be lazy
there mostly for lazy or injured dogs

other wise dont use it or eles they will become really lazy and chubby

Okay for geriatric or injured dogs who may need an occasional break from walking. Otherwise it’s right up there with carrying a dog in a purse.

‘They are great for older dogs who have difficulty walking around due to arthritis or some other debilitating problem, but for young active dogs, they are inappropriate in my opinion. They are also great for blind dogs so that they can get out without getting hurt.

its just for people who do not want there dog on a lead and are to lazy to carry there dogs if unable to walk its just an accessory and they are so stupid there dogs not people/babies

I do not own one.
My small dog has legs, and I let her use them.
I do have a friend that does therapy dog work with her two Bichons at large hospitals. She does push the dogs around in the stroller both for the dogs sakes and so that the patients can just reach over and pet them while they are in bed. (My friend has a bad back and is unable to be constantly lifting the dogs up into beds)

Not my cup of tea.
But for some I can see the potential. Maybe they like to walk longer or faster than the dog can walk or keep up so the stroller would allow the dog to still get fresh air and time with their owner instead of being left at home. Might be benificial for old or injured dogs.
Just thoughts as to why some might use them reasonably.
Most probily use them for their “purse” dogs, and again to me kind of silly, but if dog and owner are both happy, then what’s the harm. if the dog hates it that’s another story.
