Super Baby Food is a wonderful resource. It tells you when to start which foods and how to make them. It gives feeding tips and frugal baby tips. It has recipes for homemade cleaning solutions, too. In the back there are tons of recipes for nutritious toddler foods. It’s the best I ever spent.
