Name Of A Children’s Book That Compares The Taste Of Honey To The Taste Of Learning?

My girlfriend saw this book about five years ago, but can’t think of it now. It is a children’s book, very thin, and uses the metaphor of the taste of honey for how children should learn to love the taste of education/learning. I’m sorry, that’s all I know about it.
Any help would be great.
Thanks.

  1. It might also be Thank You, Mr. Falker (also by Patricia Polacco). It is not in the title, but has a vivid passage of licking honey from a book.
