eta- I used to fill ice cube trays with the purees and pop out a few to thaw whenever I needed them. Never had them come out chunky, not sure about that.
Answer by CDsummersun
when they are chunky and watery you need to heat and stir for them to go back to the right consistency…also always remember to NEVER add any salt to what you make… so dangerous.
Answer by Claudia
Removing the shell of each bean before pureeing may help.

I used an ice cube tray and put it in a freezer bag.

I think an ice cube tray with plastic wrap over it is the easiest way. Each cube is about 1 oz I think.

I always put the puree’d food into regular ice cube trays, covered it with cling wrap, and put them in freezer bags once frozen… Then I’d just pull a few cubes out to thaw whenever I needed it. It was also helpful when I left the house and I could just stuff a couple cubes into an empty baby food jar and take it with me.

for my little angel i used the small pots with lids that are sold as “snack pots” they were asy to grab one from the freezer and put it in travel bag for out and about! check that the pots are microwave and freezer friendly

This is a quick & easy meal. Just make fancy cheese toast, and serve with tomato sauce (doctored up with garlic powder & oregano, and some hot sauce if you like) for dipping. Very little prep time, toast twice in the toaster oven, and serve.
