Nearly 1000 fourth-grade students from all Pulaski County elementary schools attended “Pulaski County Literacy Day” on 5/16/11 at The Center for Rural Development, presented in partnership between Forward in the Fifth, The Center, and Somerset businessman Chuck Coldiron.
