		<description>well i am likely going to be in a similar situation when my twins are born but i was just planning to keep her in dresses, i figure if they go over her head and aren&#039;t wrapped around her leg then a brace or cast shouldn&#039;t interfere... or onsies that snap completely open</description>

		<description>the leg brace shouldn&#039;t be a perminent they are usually a velcro deal that just holds the legs in a certain position no special cloths are required my friend had a baby that had to be in one of those hers was pink it was just for a few months she&#039;s as good as new now : ) </description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know of any specialized clothing, but sleep sacks may be a good option, or sleep gowns too.  They&#039;re not expensive, and can be used even after she your niece heals.
