Question: Is all I can find is clothes for 12 months, and for 18 months. I am a new mom and wondered why?
Am I correct that there are no clothes for 15 months? I see 12 month clothing and then 18 month. Is there not any for 15 month? Up to this point there has been a size for every 3 months. This is strange and hard to guess what season to shop for him for the next stage of clothing. Please help. I am totally new to infant clothing and sizes!

*Most of the time* the sizes run small anyway. For instance, my daughter could fit in 9 month colthes at only 6 months. I think it is more of a guideline than an exact fit, and because babies vary so much in size especially after a year, they probably just take a ‘best bet’ and only make those sizes. One peice of advice for a new mom is never look at sizes for babies. If it looks like it fits then it probably will. My daughter is 8 months old now and still wears 0-3 month onesies sometimes! All brands are different also. So just use your best judgement. Always buy a tiny bit bigger in case it shrinks, and because they grow so fast!
As for buying ahead, I wouldnt. I did that with my daughter with winter pajammas, she never grew into them and they went unworn because it is too warm now. Only buy slightly bigger and buy as you need it if you can! You never know when he will have a growth spurt!
