I would write everything down (I do)
Bring in anything you have, meds, all feeding tube info as well.
I would make sure to ask about obviously the vomitting, how long it has been going on, your thoughts as a mom what it might be, talk about new meds you may have heard of. diff diet? any testing that has been done and dates and hospital stays, I would ask if this is right or any test you thought she should have had.
do some google research on the subject tonight and take notes. Bring in this info with a pen so when he gives answers you write them down and dont forget anything.
Good luck and I hope things get better soon.
