How To Defrost Baby Foods Like Avocados And Apples ?

i am not sure the correct way to defrost Avocados-
do i need to put lime in avocados or i can avoid it?
what is the best way to freeze and defrost it?

    You dont’ have to put lime in the avocado, though a few drops of it won’t hurt your baby. I have found it is easier to freeze avocado in chunks, or even in quarters if your baby eats that much. There is less exposed surface to brown that way. I do sometimes rub a drop of lemon juice over the surface to help as well. the brown doesn’t mean the food is bad, though, just that it has been exposed to air, so its not a big deal.
    I usually thaw the food either in the microwave or in the fridge. Either way it comes out a bit mushy and watery – I think that is always going to happen when frozen.

    why bother freezing avocados?
    they would just go gross..
    just go buy a new one
