Question: How old does a baby start eating baby food?
My four month old eats rice cereal and oatmeal. I was wondering when to start her on actual baby food?

Most pediatricians recommend not starting a baby on any solid foods until they are 6 months old.
Ask your doctor. They will tell you when the best time to start solids.

They say 6 mos. but if she’s already on cereals it shouldnt hurt

i started at 4 ish months old. you can start when she has doubled her birth wieght. my son was a chunk, born at 8 lbs and by 4 months he was 17 lbs.
