stock up on pj's and onesis your baby will spend most days in those...regular clothes (jeans, dressy shirts) are a waste because they are uncomfortable and babies are just fine going place in pj's. I made the mistake of buying a whole bunch of NB and 3 months clothes and my son grew out of them in a month. Don't bother with NB stuff just go straight into 3 months old clothes it will be big at first but they will grow into it. Also, just buy as you go don't buy too much ahead of time cause you don't know what they will be wearing in which season down the road. For example, my son is 7 months old and has been wearing 12 month old clothes since he was 6 months so alot of the stuff I bought went to Goodwill cause he can't wear it (they are summer clothes because that's when he would be a year old). Maybe by 3 months and 6 months and then once they are in 6 months buy 9 months and so on.
