you can’t you would have to get your own cards due to the age of the married person if your over 21 and married you would have to get your own cards .If your under adult age then it would have to go on your parents card at the time they ask for them.

Unfortunately, green card parents cannot apply for married children. Only US citizens can apply for married children. Their petition would not be accepted as there is no provision in law for permanent resident alien being able to apply for married children.

If you are LPR you cant usually sponsor married children
If you become a citizen you can sponsor married children…you are looking at three months to two years of paper work from the time of application
You will have to be a LPR for three to five years to get citizenship
If your married children have children it will be even harder to sponsor them
