Q&A: How long after breastfeeding is it save to have silicone implants?

I’ve breastfeed both my children. My daughter for one year and my son (still breastfeeding him) – going on 18 months. I’ve heard that it takes 3 years for your boobs to return to ‘normal’ – is this true?

Unfortunately, yes. Took me two years after my first one, and still waiting, after my second one. It’s been 18 months since I stopped nursing. Chest exercises and push ups help some.

I would check with a plastic surgeon for this kind of information … Exercise helps get your breast back in shape as well.

Good Luck ~~~
