Question: How do my parents have green eyes but I have Blue?
I have blue-green eyes. They are mostly blue but towards the center green shoots out. My dad has bright green eyes and my mom has greenish hazel eyes. How is it possible that I have blue when they both have green? I was just curious.

Blue is recessive.
Both of your parents carry the gene, but they don’t express it.

sumone in ur family has those eye color to its all from ur genes just like the other person said

you might have someone elses eye colour in the family, like your grandads/grandma. it might genetically passed on to one of your parents. i’ll tell you something i have dark brown eyes and my parents have dark brown eyes, but my brother has green eyes and we think he got his eyes from my auntie.
