Q&A: Help please: green card revoked after parents moved back to home country?
I used to live in the US for 10 years, but when I was 11 my parents decided to move back to their home country. We were also offered citizenship 2 times, but my parents declined both times. Is it possible to regain my green card based on the fact that this was all done against my will?

No. If you moved outside the US and stayed out for more than 2 years you’d have lost it anyway, whether you wanted or not.
At least be consoled, you also got a greencard without having to fill out any paperwork and expenses as your parents took care of everything. For most people it’s a lot of work.

The answer is no.
There is more to the story than perhaps you have been told. Nobody is “offered” citizenship. The green card holder must apply for it.

NO
you have to reapply on your own as an adult.

No. You were a minor so your parents made the decision for you. You cannot get your green card back, you have been out of the country too long. You will have to apply yourself based on your own merits.
