OK, so I dram I saw a baby coffin… I could not see the baby in there because the coffin was closed. That’s all I remember of the dream.
A little about my background: married 8 years, 0 children, 3 in heaven by ectopic pregnancies. Lately, I’ve been worried that my biological clock is ticking away. So I think it’s my worries about not conceiving… You give me your opinion or educated guess, or your wise advise. Thanks.

Thanks for your time!! Im pregnant with baby number 2 and with my last U.S. the baby was showing to be on the small side. My next Doc. appt. is in 2 days but wanted to check yall educated women out first before I made a big fuss. Should I call the Doctor for a NST?
Im currently 31.5The baby hasnt been moving as I think she should be. And definetely not as hard as she should be. Could this be related to her being small or do you know what the reason could be?

I would call the doctor and schedule an earlier ultrasound if possible. A mother’s instinct is pretty powerful, and if you’re concerned than it’s worth checking out. There are several reasons this could be happening. Many babies move less in the third trimester because there is simply less room in there. They’re forced to sort of “squirm” instead of kick. This is totally normal and safe.
There are some things, however, that could need a doctor’s supervision. You’re amniotic fluid could be low, which often results in low weight and low movement. The remedy for this is usually prescribed relaxation and in severe cases, bed rest. There could be other things, but there isn’t really a need to worry yourself too much with those unless you have to. Chances are everything is totally fine, but wouldn’t you rather be sure? The doctor should get you right in, especially if you exaggerate your symptoms, like saying that the baby hasn’t moved at all in days. They’ll fit you in immediately.

hard and strong movement are normally expected from big baby’s but if a baby is a bit small for their gestational age then that is a strong reason for not feeling her like you expected. unless if prior to this she been kicking herd then you should speak to you doc ASAP. but just make sure you keep a track of your baby’s movement

have you been doing kick counts? if not than you might want to try one now. pick a time when the baby is usually active and drink a cold glass of juice then count all the movements for 1 hour. there should be at least 10 in 1 hour. try to be sure that the baby isn’t sleeping that will throw off the test. if your not felling enough movement call the doctor.

I was also told my daughter was on the small side and that thy didn’t think she was growing properly and i was sent for a scan and the u.s tech said that she will most likely be no bigger than 6 pounds at birth however my daughter was born at 7 pound therefore they got it completely wrong. You may not be feeling as much movement since you are nearing the end of your pregnancy and the baby doesn’t have too much room so move now so therefore can’t move about and kick as much as she used to.she could also be hiding nearer the back where movement wouldn’t be picked up as strong. If you are really concerned though i would ask to get an earlier appointment as this will stop you from worrying and you will be able to get good professional advice from the experts. There isn’t any point in you stressing yourself out when you should be taking it easy. good luck and hope everything goes well for you. x

It is possible that she has turned where you are not feeling the big movements or she could just be having a lazy day. Regardless of what it may be, you are the only one that would know if baby isn’t as active or could be in distress. Follow your gut instinct- Momma knows best, is right! If you drink a glass of orange juice (or something cold and sweet) and lay down on your left side, you should be able to count about 10 movements in an hour. If you do not feel 10 in an hour, continue counting and timing until you get to ten (not more than two hours total). Call your doctor or go to the hospital if you do not feel ten movements in 2 hours (not including hiccups). I hope this helps. It is easy to get nervous about the baby…just wait until they are born! =)

Aerial killing of predators: fair conservation or inhumane?

Fair conservation or inhumane? Aerial wolf hunts have nothing to do with conversation and everything to do with boosting moose and caribou populations for Alaska’s lucrative hunting industry.
A hunter in a low-flying aircraft aims his assault rifle at terrified wolves with no camouflage against a backdrop of white snow. A same-day airborne hunter harasses wolves till exhausted, then corners them in snow banks and fires away at close range. Is this inhumane? Duh.
In 1972, Congress enacted the Federal Airborne Hunting Act to ban use of an aircraft to “shoot for the purpose of capturing or killing any bird, fish, or other animal” or to “harass any bird, fish, or other animal.” Yet Governor Palin, and previous Governor Frank Murkowsi, permit private hunters to slaughter wolves from aircrafts under the guise of “conservation.”
Alaskan voters passed ballot measures in both 1996 and 2000 to ban aerial and land-and-shoot wolf hunts. In one of many polls (this one conducted by Dittman Research Corporation) responders, including hunters, disapproved of aerial predator-control as a system to augment moose and caribou numbers.
Ultimately, politicians have failed to produce a definitive scientific assessment that justifies aerial wolf hunts. In fact, many studies attest to the valuable predatory role wolves play in an ecosystem. Wolves help sustain caribou and moose herds by eliminating old, feeble, and sick individuals and fortifying gene pools over time. Aerial gunning, on the other hand, has yet to undergo site-specific studies to measure its effect on local ecosystems.
Sarah Palin calls hovering in planes to blow away wolves a “safari.” I call her bounty offer of 0 for a front leg of a freshly killed wolf “sadistic.” But Palin is determined to eke out every last penny before her state’s fish and wildlife die out. This summer, Palin poured 0,000 of taxpayer money into her mission to defeat Measure 2 — an initiative to ban aerial wolf hunts as sport. Those of us who dispute sportsmen bombing wildlife from planes simply don’t “understand rural Alaska.”
Sarah Palin is the one who fails to understand that violence against nature is not an effective campaign tool. Most voters are savvy enough to oppose Palin’s pro-death platform on animals and environment.
