Yes my baby really moves when I eat like cereal and today I ate tacos and he was really active. They say if you eat sweets it makes them more active because of the sugar.

My first baby moved A LOT anytime I would drink hot chocolate! It was great! Any time she hadn’t been moving for awhile and I was getting really worried, I’d have a cup and she’d be kicking me in no time! That’s the only thing that did it though.
