Question–: Ever since my baby started solids she’s been waking up at night?
My five month old has been waking up for the past week at night, she’s slept through since she was 2 months old. Could this be related to her starting on rice cereal a week ago. She had colic when she was younger so I know she has a sensitive digestive system.

I am looking for advice from fellow BF Mom’s on introducing solids to my 6 month old baby boy. I have given him Barley cereal mixed with breast milk a number of times and he’s had banana a few times… I know I should introduce one thing at a time so that I can monitor how his body/tummy react to it… but I’m curious as to what other foods other Mom’s tried in the very beginning. And I have no idea how much I should be giving him and how often? I’m in no rush… I plan to breastfeed him until he self weans. Any advice would be appreciated!

My 5 month old daughter is almost 6 months old, and I’m starting to mentally prepare myself to start her on solids. My main question is do I still continue to nurse her as much as I’ve been even when she’s on solids? Also do I breastfeed before I feed her solids or after? What are some good starter foods to give her? How much food do I give her in the beginning? Breakfast/lunch/and dinner?

When do I start giving Wyatt solids and how do I go about doing that? Do I buy some gerber foods and feed him the whole container? Do I need rice cereal? Any info on starting solids is appreciated. He is 5 months old and breastfed.

I know that a baby can start solids from 4-6 months. What would be the benefit of starting a baby at 4 months as oppossed to waiting until 6 months?
