Is there any way the Snap and Go can be used as a stroller? Do I then have to buy a full-sized stroller until the baby is ready for an umbrella stroller?

You will have to purchase another stroller, as there is no way to use the Snap & Go as a stroller without the carseat.
By the time your child outgrows the carseat, s/he could probably go into an umbrella stroller. However, I would recommend a full size stroller- they are much more comfortable for baby.

Have you thought about a travel system? Its a full stroller with the same concept as a snap n go. Full strollers a nice to have for long trips..like to the zoo, etc. You have your snack tray and they recline.

I would get a travel system. I have an expedition jogging travel system stroller. That thing is awesome 
The car seat is really easy to get in and out of the car and the stroller. She will be able to use it after she out grows her car seat

I have a Graco stroller frame, but don’t have my car seat yet. Are there any other car seat brands that will fit securely into a Graco stroller frame beside Graco seats? I am being very picky about my car seat. I want one that has the ability to tighten baby’s chest restraint with the front strap. So I am just hoping that I am not just limited to the graco brand.

From reading the Graco site, it states that the Graco stroller frame is “guaranteed” to fit Graco car seats “safely” but at the same time I have read that others will fit as well but before you do anything you would need to be “100 percent” sure first, so with that it would be best to stay with Graco only…..
