No, you cannot. Look at the instructions for form I-130. You’ll see who is eligible to file the form.
You’ll see that only U.S. citizens can petition for their parents.

No. LPRs cannot sponsor anyone for immigration into the US, not a parent, not a spouse, not a sibling.

No. You cannot petition for parents until you are a citizen. A green card holder can only petition for a spouse and children.

As a green card holder you will not be able to petition your parents for green cards. You need to be a US citizen in order to be able to sponsor your parents.
