Hi ,

No, you cannot sponsor your parents with a conditional green card.

you cannot sponsor them to become immigrants until you become a US citizen.
for a visit, however, a sponsorship is unnecessary. they have to prove themselves to the consular officer that they will not overstay on their visa. that is the basis for the issuance of a visa, not whether someone is sponsoring them or not.
but you can provide for the finances to cover the trip. it just won’t make a difference.

why are you removing the conditions of your green card?
The conditions cannot be removed until after August 29th next year.
So please dont waste time and money trying to circumvent the laws.

Hi, if ur parents just come to visit u, they ONLY get the US tourist visa in their country, YOU NO NEED TO sponsor them, unless u want to file them to immigrate USA after getting your US citizenship.
will ur conditional greencard be expired on Aug 28, 2009? u should not apply the removal during this year. however u can remove the conditional before 90 days of ur greencard expired.

You do not need to SPONSOR. They should apply for tourist visas.
On a side note: Please make sure you are actually eligible to remove the conditions on your green card.
