I remember a recipe my Mom used to make that called for baby food bananas because of the consistency needed for the recipe, but then that was back in the day when it was almost impossible to get that consistency from a blender without adding something to the bananas that baby might not like. NO! It wont have the banana chunks and wont have the same flavor. I always added a jar of baby food to my banana bread recipe to enhance the banana flavor.

yes but it usually takes about 3 bananas in a recipe could use both it would take about 3 large jars and baby food has tapioca in it can also mix it with a yellow cake mix and follow cake directions then add banana
