Q&A–: Liquid baby vitamins for fish?
I read using liquid baby vitamins in your fish tank is good when you are treating them for a disease to help boost their immune etc?
I thought it was weird, what do you guys think?
Thanks that makes more sense. The site I read said to add it directly to the water. 1 drop per 5 gallons…and I just thought that didn’t seem like it would be very helpful.

The idea is to soak the food in liquid vitamins. Vitamin deficiency has been implicated in hole in the head disease & lateral line erosion. This often occurs in larger piscavorous cichlids that are fed a diet heavy in live feeder fish, which is a very unbalanced diet.
A quality cichlid pellet soaked in a liquid multi vitami such as Centrum, along with immaculate water conditions is a part of the cure for these diseases. Clean water & a balanced diet is a preventative.
Many people will add liquid vitamins, among other things, to home made beefheart mix. This gives a high protein growth/conditioning food with more balance than straight beefheart.

baby vitamins–: Is it safe to take prenatal vitamins and baby aspirin together?
I’m TTC and my doctor told me to go head and start on prenatal vitamins. Then one of my girl friends told me that taking baby aspirin is good for your ovaries and uterus. I’m not on any other medication. Would there be a problem taking them together?

I would say yes considering that’s what my Dr. has me do. I don’t recall the specific reason he has me taking baby aspirin, but I know there is one.

I take both per recommendation of my fertility specialist. I take regular aspirin, but an extremely low dosage. I don’t think you should start any sort of aspirin regimen without consulting your doctor first. Just my opinion – everyone’s different!

It is definetly safe. I have been doing it for 2 months now, recommended by my specilaist! It helps with blood flow, which is important in pregnancy.
