It looks good, I have never had clams served this way. Here in RI, clams are very popular. They are usually eaten steamed or ‘on the half shell’ (raw). We also harvest a hard shelled clam called a ‘quahog’ which is chopped up to make clam chowder or stuffies (stuffed clams)
