Olivia recently tried cereal for the first time when she was about 3 1/2 months old. First from a bowl, and then mixed with formula in a bottle. Yeah…. she didn’t like that too well. lol And, I don’t blame her! Have you tried it!?!? I did. WOW! Bad stuff! Emily did not like rice cereal, they say it’s a great first food but she was not having it. And she was doing this sort of low growl when Olivia was complaining LOL. I guess she sympathizes. Loved the song! Happy Birthday =)

@Verdeliss We just tried it. It seemed like formula wasn’t cutting it for her. We now only feed her a little bit at night and then a small bottle before bed because it was causing her to have 5-6 hour naps during the day when she ate baby food!
I’ve tasted baby cereal before. It’s so gross! I used to taste everything before I fed it to my nephew haha. Happy Late Birthday, Erica!
poor girl. i have this thing where i make the same face as the person im watching so the whole feeding I was making Olivia’s unhappy face. Happy Birthday Erica. Presley never ate cereal from a bowl it was always in a bottle. Presley was projectile vomiting from birth! Doctor told us to start cereal in her bottle when she was 2wks old! she threw up like that until she was 10mths old! Chicken parmesan, noooo! eggplant parmesan!! its the best!
Olivia is eating cereals wowwww!!!! My baby is 5 months old and she still eats milk…only milk!!!! The doctor said she was very fatty ;P

@Pheachez Actually You can give them cereal @ that age but it can only be very little. I wouldnt recommend it though because they get to where they dont want just plain milk and you cant give them cereal all the time only once a day @ that age. Its really up to the mother if she feels her child is ready for that stage. p.s. If you feed a baby a cereal bottle you have to make sure the hole in the nipple is big enough for the cereal to pass through but not to big where they get to much an choke!
3 and a half months is too young. Can the baby actually drink that out of the nipple?
