Q&A: Are baby-doll dresses still in ??
I have a huge college party next week and I wanted to buy a lovely baby doll dress ..-white with turquoise prints ,medium-lenght -and wear it with a big white belt and white long cowboy boots…is that look okay? …I must mention that I am tall and have little boobs and skinny waist but rather big booty which i wanna hide…can i or can i not wear that outfit?

I wouldnt if I were you Lizzie. Baby doll dresses look best worn very simply with flat ballet pumps and tousled hair. No belt and certainly no cowboy boots. Tall with a small chest and a big bum- look at this; http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=19551&storeId=12556&categoryId=42344&parent_category_rn=42342&productId=70272&langId=-1

the dress is a nice idea, but lay off the boots and belt. cos for baby doll, it’s supposed to be simplistic and chic. and since u wanna hide ur booty, u don’t want the belt to reveal it.

Baby doll dresses are awesome, but ditch the boots and belts. Try a scarf or hairband or sumthing, plus if you’re wearing em during the day then try converse or ked’s low cut sneakers. It’s about combining contrasting diff elements together that makes a look interesting.
