My son just turned 6 months and has been eating mashed avocado with breast milk and loves it. But I want to try BLW and allow him to fed himself.
Do I need to do anything to the avocado first, besides cutting it into spears for him?

My 19 month old who use to be up for at least trying anything is now super picky. I’m looking for yummy ideas for meals and also finger foods. He can’t live on yogurt and mac-n-cheese forever. lol Steamed veggies plain are out of the question. Anyone else have a picky eater?
